» Construction begins on the 18th Century flint clad dwelling in Selmeston.
» LRA appears in Construction Magazine.
» A planning application is submitted for a highly contemporary extension scheme in Brighton; the scheme includes a large open plan living space with an American style kitchen expanding seamlessly through to an existing landscaped garden. An additional bedroom is to be added to the roof space projecting out towards the rear and finished with timber cladding to create a modern sustainable appearance.

» LeaseplansUK agrees a framework deal with one of its larger clients to begin producing hundreds of lease plans; the first in the agreement is 42 plans in 5 days.
